Clothing Returns
Clothing items are eligible for return within 7 days of the purchase date.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items (Fragrances)
All fragrance products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Please review product details carefully before purchasing fragrances.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any products. If you wish to purchase a different size or item, you may return the eligible clothing item (within 7 days) and place a new order separately.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will arrange a refund at no additional cost.
